We will deliver one whole beef to the Afton or Winterset locker of your choice. You will be contact with a locker pickup date in April/May of 2025 or November 2025. Aged 12-14 days, packaged in crisp paper/plastic and flash frozen.
Processing fees will be paid at the locker counter upon pickup.
Just like our usual process - you will be able to select your cuts with the butcher and pick out what works best for your family. Please contact us if you have any questions.
