Half Beef

We will deliver one whole beef to the Afton or Winterset locker of your choice, you will pay of half of the hanging weight.
You will be contacted with a locker pickup date in April/May of 2025 or November 2025. Aged 12-14 days, packaged in crisp paper/plastic and flash frozen.
Processing fees will be paid at the locker counter upon pickup.
Just like our usual process - you will be able to select your cuts with the butcher and pick out what works best for your family. Please contact us if you have any questions.
